IDiots book cover

Thanks to identity politics, the left has gone crazy. Denying the existence of biological sex. Arguing all white people are inherently racist. And claiming that having a formal diagnosis of disabilities like Autism is a privilege. Identity politics has created a world where lived experience trumps scientific evidence. And where identity matters more than anything else. Frighteningly, this lunacy has been swallowed by politicians, promoted by the media, and harnessed by big business. Meanwhile, the naval-gazing left has forgotten all about the ordinary people it used to stand for. This book examines why identity politics has enveloped the left in both the USA and the UK. It explores the genesis of the social justice warrior- the main propagator of identity politics. Plus, this book tears apart their arguments, revealing the flaws in their reasoning. And it examines how identity politics has split the left, alienated the working classes, and galvanised the right. IDiots concludes by asking how the left can be salvaged. It’s an excellent book for any left-wingers who are fed up with the state of the left today.
